Metode persiapan
Kubis, bit, dan lobak yang sudah jadi dipotong-potong, bawang dipotong menjadi setengah cincin. Bit direbus dengan cuka sampai empuk. Kubis diizinkan secara terpisah, dikombinasikan dengan bit dan bawang, air panas, garam ditambahkan, didihkan dan didinginkan. Kemudian masukkan lobak cincang, tuangkan krim dan aduk.
